Pauline E. Babb, age 84, of Berlin died Monday, July 9, 2012 at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin. She was born in Whaleyville and was the daughter of the late Jessie T. and Janie (Evans) Wilkerson.

She was a homemaker and had attended Friendship United Methodist Church in Berlin.

She is survived by may close friends.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George L. Babb in 2007.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 12 at Dale Cemetery in Whaleyville with Pastor Linda Mariner officiating.
