Jessie Helena Outlaw, age 87, of Selbyville died Saturday, June 11, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Outlaw was born in Dayton, MD and was the daughter of the late William Harvey and Elva Dorsey Iglehart Hill.

She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn O. Kuhn of Selbyville and two sons, James Robert Botterill of Woodbine, MD and Donald Edward Outlaw of Timonium, MD.

She was a preceded in death by her husband, William Major Outlaw.

Services and burial will be held at a later date.
